What anti-ageing treatments address
Facial ageing happens in several layers at once. Each layer responds best to a different kind of treatment.
- Sagging along the jawline and jowls
- Hollowing in the cheeks, temples and under-eyes
- Forehead, frown and crow's feet lines
- Loss of skin firmness and elasticity
- Thin, dry or dull skin
- Heavy brows and upper-face laxity
For targeted wrinkle care, see forehead wrinkle treatment and crow's feet treatment.
How anti-ageing treatments work
Lifting and tightening devices heat deeper layers to firm tissue and stimulate collagen. Options include Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX, Onda and HIFU lifting, with thread lifts for more mechanical lift. Botulinum toxin such as Botox relaxes the muscles that create expression lines.
HA fillers such as cheek fillers replace lost volume and support the mid-face; they can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. Skin boosters and collagen stimulators, including skin boosters, Rejuran and Juvelook, improve skin quality from within. Your doctor sequences these so results look natural and balanced.
Your treatment day
- Consultation Your doctor assesses skin, volume, laxity and expression, often with Mark-Vu II imaging.
- Personal plan You agree which treatments to do now and which to schedule later, based on goals and travel dates.
- Treatment The physician performs the planned treatments in your private room, with numbing where needed.
- Aftercare and follow-up You receive written aftercare and a schedule for reviews or further sessions.
Results timeline

Anti-Aging Treatments FAQ
Which anti-ageing treatment should I start with?
It depends on your main concern. Sagging usually starts with a lifting device, hollows with fillers, and movement lines with toxin. Your doctor will prioritise after assessing your face.
Can I combine several treatments in one visit?
Yes, many treatments can be combined in one visit, which suits international patients. Your doctor will decide the safe order, often doing devices before injectables. Some combinations are better spaced apart.
How long do results last?
Toxin usually lasts 3–4 months, HA fillers 6–18 months, and lifting devices around a year. Skin boosters typically need maintenance every 6 months. Natural ageing continues, so maintenance keeps results steady.
Is there downtime?
Most treatments have little downtime. Fillers and threads can cause swelling or bruising for a few days. Your plan can be timed around flights and events.
Do lifting treatments hurt?
Ultrasound and RF devices cause heat or deep aching during pulses. Numbing cream and settings adjustments keep this manageable. Comfort varies by device and area.
Am I too young or too old for anti-ageing treatments?
Prevention-focused treatments suit many people in their late 20s and 30s. Older patients often benefit from combined lifting and volume work. Where sagging is advanced, your doctor will discuss whether surgery may be more suitable.
How much do anti-ageing treatments cost?
Cost depends on which treatments and how many sessions are in your plan. Message us on WhatsApp at +82 10 6463 5532 for a personalised quote.
