What a brow and upper eye lift treats
This treatment is for the upper eyelid area, where loose skin and a lowered brow combine to create hooding.
- Mild to moderate upper eyelid hooding
- Heaviness or a tired look in the upper eye
- Crepey skin on the upper lid
- A lowered outer brow pressing on the lid
- Reduced visible eyelid crease
- Make-up smudging on the upper lid fold
If brow shape is the main issue, see our non-surgical brow lift; for the whole upper face consider a non-surgical forehead lift.
How a brow and upper eye lift works
Hooding usually comes from two things: thin upper eyelid skin that has lost firmness, and a brow that has descended and pushes tissue onto the lid. We use Thermage FLX with a dedicated eye tip to heat and tighten the eyelid skin, with eye protection in place, and focused ultrasound under the brow line to strengthen support.
Where the muscles around the eye are pulling the outer brow down, a small amount of botulinum toxin can let the brow sit slightly higher, which also lightens the lid. Collagen continues to remodel for several months, so the eyelid looks firmer and the crease more visible over time. Heavy excess skin or fat usually needs eyelid surgery, and your doctor will advise you honestly.
Your treatment day
- Eye area assessment Your physician checks how much hooding comes from eyelid skin versus brow position and reviews eye health.
- Numbing and protection Numbing cream is applied and, for eyelid treatment, protective eye shields are placed.
- Energy treatment The doctor treats the upper lid and brow area carefully, adjusting energy to your comfort.
- Optional toxin and finish If planned, small toxin injections are placed, then a cool compress is applied before you leave.
Results timeline
Eyelid skin tightens gradually as new collagen forms.

Brow & Upper Eye Lift FAQ
Is treating the upper eyelid safe?
Yes, when performed by a physician with the correct eye tip and eye protection. Your eye health is checked first, and energy is adjusted for the thin eyelid skin.
Does it hurt?
Most people feel warmth and brief stinging. Numbing cream is used and the doctor adjusts energy as you go.
Can this replace eyelid surgery?
It can improve mild to moderate hooding but does not remove excess skin or fat. For heavy hooding, surgery usually gives a stronger result.
How long do results last?
Results typically last around a year. Toxin, if used, lasts about 3–4 months.
Can I fly home after treatment?
Yes, usually the same or next day. Mild puffiness can be noticeable for a day or two.
How is this different from a brow lift?
A brow lift changes the shape and height of the brows. This treatment focuses on the upper eyelid skin and hooding, with brow support as part of it.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the devices and whether toxin is added. Message us on WhatsApp for a personalised quote.
