When you book, ask for Chinese-language support. A Mandarin-speaking coordinator joins your consultation, interprets between you and the doctor, explains consent forms and aftercare, and stays available for questions afterwards. Medical decisions are always made by the physician, and the coordinator makes sure you understand them before you agree.
Before you book
Send a WhatsApp message to +82 10 6463 5532. You can write in Chinese. Include your goals, your travel dates, any medicines you take and previous treatments with approximate dates. Photos taken in natural light help the doctor suggest suitable options. If WhatsApp is difficult to use where you are, the consultation form on our website is an alternative.

On the day
The clinic is on the 9th floor near Gangnam Station Exit 11 and Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 6. Your coordinator meets you at reception, helps you complete the medical questionnaire, and joins you and the doctor in a private room. If you go ahead with treatment, the doctor confirms the product or device, the amount and the quote before starting.
Payment is made at the clinic after your plan is confirmed. Ask your coordinator beforehand which payment methods are accepted.
Aftercare in Chinese
You receive aftercare instructions explained by your coordinator, covering cleansing, sunscreen and what to avoid in the first days. After you return home you can message the same WhatsApp number in Chinese with questions or photos, and the coordinator passes them to the doctor.

Consultations are interpreted by a Chinese-speaking coordinator who sits with you and the doctor. This keeps the medical explanation accurate and lets you ask questions freely in Mandarin.
Can I message the clinic in Chinese?
Yes. You can write to our WhatsApp number in Chinese and a coordinator will reply. Mention your travel dates so we can suggest suitable appointment times.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. DIORE uses genuine, verified products at correct dosages, and the doctor can show you the product before treatment.
Can I have several treatments in one visit?
Often, yes, if the doctor agrees they combine safely. A common plan pairs a lifting device with a skin-quality injectable. The order and spacing depend on your skin and flight date.
How much does treatment cost?
Cost depends on the treatment, product and amount needed. Send your goals via WhatsApp for an indicative quote, which the doctor confirms after examining your skin.
Is there someone to help if I have questions after going home?
Yes. Message the WhatsApp number in Chinese with a description or photo. The coordinator relays it to the doctor and replies with advice.
Do you also support Japanese, Thai or English speakers?
