What nose fillers treat
Nose fillers add volume in small, strategic places to change how the nose looks in profile and from the front. They cannot make a nose smaller.
- Low or flat nasal bridge
- Small dorsal bump
- Undefined or drooping tip
- Minor asymmetry after injury
- Weak nasal-forehead transition
- Wide-looking bridge from the front
For more detailed shaping of the tip and angles, see nose sculpting fillers. Profile balance often improves further with chin fillers.
How nose fillers work
A firm, cohesive HA filler is placed deep on the bone and cartilage of the nose. Raising the bridge creates a straighter line, which can hide a small bump above or below. A little support at the base of the nose can lift the angle of the tip. The skin of the nose is tight, so only small volumes are used.
The nose has a delicate blood supply, so this is one of the most technically demanding filler areas. At DIORE Clinic every injection is performed by a physician who knows the vascular anatomy, uses slow, low-pressure injection and monitors the skin throughout. HA filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the result needs adjusting. For a balanced profile, nose fillers are often planned alongside face contouring fillers.
Your treatment day
- Profile analysis Your physician studies your nose from the front and side and discusses realistic changes.
- Numbing Topical anaesthetic is applied for around 15–20 minutes in your private room.
- Injection The doctor injects small amounts along the bridge or near the tip, checking the profile after each step.
- Check and aftercare The skin colour is checked, you review the result and receive aftercare instructions.
Results timeline
The new profile is visible at once, with minor swelling settling over a few days.

Nose Fillers FAQ
Do nose fillers hurt?
Most patients feel brief pressure and a sting. Numbing cream and lidocaine in the filler make the treatment comfortable for most people.
How long do nose fillers last?
Results typically last 9–12 months. Some patients find they last longer because the nose moves very little.
Can nose fillers make my nose smaller?
Filler adds volume, so it cannot reduce size. It can make a nose look straighter or more balanced, which some patients see as a refinement.
Can I fly home after nose fillers?
You can usually fly the next day. Avoid pressure on the bridge from glasses or eye masks during the flight.
Nose fillers or rhinoplasty?
Fillers suit small, reversible changes with little downtime. Surgery is better for reducing size or major reshaping.
How much do nose fillers cost?
Cost depends on the amount of filler needed. Message us on WhatsApp at +82 10 6463 5532 for a personalised quote.
What are the side effects?
Mild redness, swelling and tenderness are common and short-lived. The nose carries a higher risk of rare vascular complications, so treatment must be performed by an experienced physician who can act immediately with hyaluronidase.
