What we treat in men

Men tend to show ageing as a softer jaw and heavier lower face, while oil, pores and scarring are the main skin-quality complaints.
- Jowls, a softening jawline and loose skin under the chin
- Neck laxity and early skin sagging
- Large pores, oily skin and acne scars
- Sun damage, pigmentation and uneven tone
- Frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet
- Tired-looking eyes and dark circles
Lifting options are compared on our skin tightening page, and pore and scar care on our acne treatment page.
How we plan treatment for men
Male skin is usually thicker, with more collagen and more active oil glands, and the face and neck cover a larger surface. In practice this often means more shots or lines for energy devices, careful attention to the beard area, and skin-quality treatments that address pores and scarring. Your physician sets energy and dose to your tissue and comfort rather than to a fixed protocol.
Proportion matters as much as settings. A male brow normally sits low and fairly flat, so we lift it only slightly to avoid a feminised look, and we aim for a straight, defined jawline. Many men start with one device, such as Ultherapy for men or Thermage for men, and add Rejuran for men or Botox where it helps.

Men's Skin Clinic FAQ
Is skin treatment for men different from treatment for women?
The devices and products are the same, but planning differs. Men usually have thicker skin, a larger treatment area and different proportions, so energy, dose and placement are adjusted to keep a masculine result.
What is the best non-surgical jawline treatment for men?
It depends on the cause. Sagging responds to Ultherapy or Thermage, a bulky masseter to botulinum toxin, and a weak jaw angle or chin to filler. Your doctor explains which applies to you.
Will people notice I had something done?
Plans aim for a rested, natural look. Most lifting and skin treatments leave only mild redness or swelling, and many men return to work the next day.
How many sessions will I need?
Energy-based lifting is usually one session with yearly review. Rejuran is typically a course of three, and botulinum toxin is repeated every few months.
Can I do several treatments in one trip to Seoul?
Often, yes. Lifting devices are usually done first and injectables afterwards in the same visit, depending on your plan and timing.
Do I need to shave before treatment?
For lifting devices and injections in the beard area, shaving the evening before helps contact and hygiene. Avoid shaving over freshly treated skin until it settles.
How much does a men's treatment plan cost?
Cost depends on the treatments, areas and number of shots or sessions. Send your goals on WhatsApp for a personalised quote.
