What under eye rejuvenation treats
The skin under the eyes is among the thinnest on the face, so several different problems can make the area look tired. This hub explains each one and the options that suit it.
- Fine lines and crêpey texture
- Creasing that shows when you smile
- Brown pigment-type dark circles
- Blue or purple visible vessels
- Hollowness and tear-trough shadow
- Mild puffiness and early skin laxity
For a closer look at line types and their causes, see under eye wrinkles. If darkness is your main concern, go to dark circles treatment.
How to choose the right under-eye treatment
Most people have more than one cause at once, so the first step is a physician examination, often supported by Mark-Vu II skin imaging to show pigment, redness and texture. Lines and thin skin usually respond to skin-quality treatments: Rejuran or PN injections, LDM ultrasound, gentle Potenza RF microneedling and non-filler skin boosters. Our under eye wrinkle treatment page explains how these are combined into a course.
Pigment is treated with low-energy laser toning or PicoSure, and visible vessels with a vascular laser such as Excel V. True hollowness may need a small amount of soft HA filler, as described on tear trough fillers. Eye bags are different again: see eye bag reduction, because filler can make true bags look worse.
Your first visit
- Consultation A coordinator welcomes you in your language, then your physician asks about your concerns, health history and travel dates.
- Skin analysis The doctor examines the under-eye area in different light and may use Mark-Vu II imaging to separate pigment, vessels, shadow and texture.
- Personalised plan You receive a clear plan with the treatments suited to your causes, the number of sessions and a quote.
- First treatment If you are ready, the first session can usually be done the same day in your private room, with numbing where needed.
Results timeline
Skin-quality treatments improve the area step by step, while filler changes contour straight away.

Under Eye Rejuvenation FAQ
Which under-eye treatment is right for me?
It depends on the cause. Lines and thin skin suit skin-quality treatments, pigment and vessels suit lasers, and hollowness may suit filler. Your physician decides after examining the area.
Is there downtime?
Most options have little or none, with mild redness that fades within hours. Injections can leave small bruises that usually settle within a week.
How many sessions will I need?
Skin-quality and laser treatments usually need 3–5 sessions spaced a few weeks apart. Filler is usually a single visit with an optional review.
Can I start treatment on a short trip to Seoul?
Yes. Many visitors have a consultation and first session on the same day, then continue with fewer, well-timed sessions or at a later visit. Tell us your travel dates when you book.
Should I get filler for my tired eyes?
Only if true hollowness is the cause. Filler does not treat pigment or vessels, and it can make puffy eyes or eye bags look worse.
How much does under eye rejuvenation cost?
Cost depends on the treatments and number of sessions in your plan. Message us on WhatsApp at +82 10 6463 5532 for a personalised quote.
Can I combine under-eye treatments with other procedures?
Yes. Under-eye plans are often combined with lifting or skin-quality treatments for the rest of the face. Your physician will schedule them safely.
