How the treatment plan works
Rejuran or PN injections place tiny amounts of polynucleotide just under the skin to support repair and gradually improve thickness and elasticity; see Rejuran Healer. LDM ultrasound is a no-downtime session that supports hydration and calmer texture, and it is often added between injection visits. Exosome therapy or a non-volumising skin booster can be used for extra hydration.
For static lines and mild laxity, Potenza RF microneedling on gentle settings stimulates new collagen; the general approach is explained on RF microneedling. Low-energy laser toning can refine texture and tone. Where smile creases are prominent, a very small dose of botulinum toxin may be added. Your physician chooses two or three of these, rather than all of them, based on your skin.

Aftercare
- Avoid makeup on treated skin for 24 hours
- Do not rub or massage the under-eye area for a few days
- Skip saunas, hot baths and heavy exercise for 24–48 hours
- Use a gentle moisturiser and broad-spectrum sunscreen daily
- Pause retinoids and acids around the eyes for 3–5 days
- Keep to the planned interval between sessions
