What a non-surgical brow lift treats
This treatment is about the shape and height of the eyebrows themselves.
- A drooping or flat brow tail
- Brows that sit lower than before
- Asymmetric brow height
- A tired or stern look from low brows
- Loss of a natural brow arch
- Slight heaviness at the outer upper eyelid
If the whole upper face has descended, a non-surgical forehead lift may suit better; if upper eyelid hooding is the main issue, see our brow and upper eye lift.
How a non-surgical brow lift works
Brow position is a balance between muscles. The frontalis lifts the brow, while the orbicularis oculi, corrugator and procerus pull it down and in. Placing small, precise doses of botulinum toxin into the brow-depressing muscles, mainly under the brow tail, lets the frontalis gain a little more lift. The result is a softer arch and a more open eye.
When skin and support at the temples have loosened, the physician may add focused energy such as HIFU or Ultherapy along the temple and lateral brow. This tightens the supporting tissue and helps the lift last longer than toxin alone.
Your treatment day
- Brow assessment Your physician watches your brows at rest and in expression and checks symmetry and existing toxin use.
- Marking Injection points and any energy zones are marked to suit your brow shape.
- Treatment Toxin is injected with a very fine needle; if planned, focused energy is applied along the temples after numbing.
- Aftercare advice You receive simple instructions and can return to your day straight away.
Results timeline
The lift from toxin appears within days and is easy to fine-tune.

Non-Surgical Brow Lift FAQ
Does a non-surgical brow lift hurt?
Toxin injections feel like quick pinches with a very fine needle. If focused energy is added, numbing cream is used and you may feel brief deep warmth.
How long does a brow lift with Botox last?
The toxin effect usually lasts 3–4 months. Adding energy-based tightening can extend support to around a year.
How much higher will my brows go?
The lift is subtle, usually a few millimetres at the tail. It opens the eye area without looking surprised.
Can I fly home after treatment?
Yes, you can fly straight away. Ideally plan a check around 2 weeks if you are still in Seoul, but this is optional.
Is a brow lift the same as a forehead lift?
No. A brow lift focuses on the brow arch and tail, while a forehead lift treats the whole upper face, including forehead and temple support.
Can I combine it with forehead Botox?
Yes, as long as dosing is planned together. Too much toxin in the forehead can lower the brows, so your doctor balances both.
How much does a non-surgical brow lift cost?
Cost depends on whether energy is added. Message us on WhatsApp for a personalised quote.
