How Japanese support works

Japanese-speaking skin clinic care at DIORE Clinic, Gangnam, Seoul

(Hello. At DIORE Clinic, Japanese-speaking staff support you from consultation through treatment and aftercare.)

Ask for Japanese-language support when you book. A Japanese-speaking coordinator interprets between you and the doctor, goes through the medical questionnaire and consent with you, and explains aftercare clearly. The physician decides on the treatment, and the coordinator makes sure every detail is understood before you agree.

Planning around a short trip

Many visitors from Japan come for a long weekend. Because DIORE is open seven days a week, with weekends and public holidays until 5 PM and weekdays until 8:30 PM, a consultation and treatment can usually fit around a two or three day stay.

Choose treatments with downtime that suits your schedule. Botox and Ultherapy usually leave little visible sign, while fillers can bruise or swell for several days. Courses such as Rejuran Healer are often spread over repeat visits, which suits people who travel to Seoul regularly.

Useful phrases for your visit

I would like to book a consultation.
I have an allergy.
How long is the downtime?
I am going back to Japan the day after tomorrow.
Could I have an itemised receipt?

On the day

DIORE is on the 9th floor near Gangnam Station Exit 11 and Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 6. Your coordinator meets you at reception, helps with the questionnaire and stays with you and the doctor in a private room. Before treatment, the doctor confirms the product or device, the amount and the quote. Ask your coordinator in advance which payment methods are accepted.

Aftercare in Japanese

Your coordinator explains the aftercare sheet in Japanese, including sunscreen, gentle cleansing and what to avoid for the first few days. Once you are back in Japan you can send questions or photos to the same WhatsApp number, and the coordinator passes them to the doctor.

Frequently asked questions

Does the doctor speak Japanese?

Consultations are interpreted by a Japanese-speaking coordinator who joins you and the doctor. This keeps medical explanations accurate and lets you ask questions in Japanese.

Can I contact the clinic in Japanese?

Yes. You can write to our WhatsApp number in Japanese and a coordinator will reply. Include your travel dates and goals.

Can I have treatment on a weekend trip?

Yes. The clinic is open seven days a week, until 5 PM on weekends and public holidays, so consultation and treatment can often be arranged within a short stay.

Is it all right to fly back to Japan after treatment?

For most non-surgical skin treatments, flying the next day is generally fine. Tell the doctor your flight time so the plan allows for any swelling or bruising.

How much will treatment cost?

It depends on the treatment, product and amount. Send your goals via WhatsApp for an indicative quote; the doctor confirms the final quote after examining your skin.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. DIORE uses genuine, verified products at correct dosages, and the doctor can show you the product before treatment.

Do you support Chinese speakers too?

Yes. Coordinators also speak Chinese, English, Thai and Korean. See our Mandarin-speaking clinic guide.
