What nose sculpting fillers treat
Nose sculpting focuses on the shape and angles of the profile. It works by adding volume strategically, so it cannot make a nose smaller.
- Small to moderate dorsal hump
- Drooping or under-supported nasal tip
- Uneven bridge or minor irregularities
- Deep or sharp angle between forehead and nose
- Slight deviation after an old injury
- Imbalance between nose and chin in profile
If you mainly want a higher bridge, see nose fillers. Profile balance often also involves chin fillers.
How nose sculpting fillers work
Your physician examines your nose from the front, side and below, and plans how small placements can change the line of the profile. To camouflage a hump, filler is added above it at the root and just below it so the bridge looks straighter. At the tip, a small amount supports projection and can give a subtle lifted angle. Each placement is measured in fractions of a millilitre.
The nose has a delicate blood supply and is one of the higher-risk areas for filler, so precise technique, firm HA product and a physician with detailed anatomical knowledge matter. Filler is placed deep, close to bone and cartilage, with careful, slow injection. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Patients who have had previous nose surgery need a thorough assessment first.
Your treatment day
- Profile analysis Your physician studies your nose from several angles and shows you on photos what filler can and cannot change.
- Numbing Numbing cream is applied in your private room while the plan for hump, tip and root is confirmed.
- Precise injection Small amounts of filler are placed in stages, checking the profile in the mirror between each step.
- Final check The doctor checks skin colour and shape, and explains warning signs and aftercare.
Results timeline

Nose Sculpting Fillers FAQ
Does nose sculpting with filler hurt?
Most patients feel pressure and brief stinging. Numbing cream and lidocaine in the filler keep the treatment comfortable.
How long do nose sculpting fillers last?
Typically 9–12 months. Some patients find the nose holds filler for longer because the area moves little.
How is nose sculpting different from nose fillers?
Standard nose fillers mainly raise and straighten the bridge. Nose sculpting reshapes the whole profile, camouflaging a hump, supporting the tip and refining the angles.
Can filler make my nose smaller?
No. Filler adds volume, so it can make a nose look straighter and more balanced but not narrower or shorter. Size reduction needs surgery.
Can I fly after nose sculpting?
Most patients fly the next day. Avoid resting a travel pillow or glasses on the nose, and allow a few days in Seoul if possible for a follow-up check.
What are the risks?
Swelling and mild bruising are common. The nose carries a higher risk of vascular complications than many areas, which is why only physicians perform it and hyaluronidase is kept on hand.
How much does nose sculpting cost?
Cost depends on the areas treated and filler used. Message our coordinators on WhatsApp at +82 10 6463 5532 for a quote.
