What non-surgical body contouring treats
Body contouring targets shape in specific areas. It cannot replace diet, activity or medical weight management for overall weight.
- Stubborn lower-abdomen fat
- Love handles and flank fullness
- Inner and outer thigh fat
- Upper-arm fat and loose skin
- Bra-line and back fat rolls
- Mild skin laxity after weight loss or pregnancy
If overall weight is the main goal, start with our obesity clinic; for small fat pockets see fat dissolving injections.
How non-surgical body contouring works
Injectable fat-reduction formulations are placed into the fat layer in a grid of small injections. The treated fat cells break down and are cleared by the body over several weeks. Onda, a DEKA microwave device, delivers energy that is absorbed mainly by fat tissue while the skin surface is cooled, helping to reduce fat and firm the area. Radiofrequency devices such as InMode heat the deeper skin to stimulate collagen and improve laxity.
Your physician chooses the method by thickness of fat, skin quality and the area treated, and often combines fat reduction with tightening so the skin follows the new shape. Results build gradually over 4–12 weeks. Fat cells that have been removed do not return, but remaining cells can enlarge with weight gain. Where an area needs volume rather than reduction, such as a hip dip, body filler is a separate option.
Your treatment day
- Body assessment Your physician pinches and measures the area, checks skin laxity and takes standardised photos.
- Method and course You agree the method, number of sessions and spacing that fit your goals and travel plans.
- Treatment Injections or device treatment are performed in your private room, usually within an hour.
- Aftercare and next visit You go back to normal activities and book your next session, typically 2–4 weeks later.
Results timeline
Changes are gradual, so photos at each visit help track progress.

Non-Surgical Body Contouring FAQ
Is non-surgical body contouring a weight-loss treatment?
No. It reshapes specific areas by reducing localised fat and tightening skin. For overall weight loss, physician-supervised medical weight management is more appropriate.
Does it hurt?
Fat-reduction injections can sting and leave the area tender for several days. Energy treatments feel warm, and cooling is used to keep you comfortable.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need 2–5 sessions spaced a few weeks apart. The number depends on the area, the amount of fat and whether tightening is combined.
How long do the results last?
Treated fat cells do not come back, so results can be long-lasting. Remaining fat cells can still grow with weight gain, so a stable weight matters.
Can I travel after treatment?
Yes, there is usually no need to rest, and you can fly the next day. Plan repeat sessions around your stay or a return visit.
Can body contouring be combined with fillers?
Yes, for areas that need volume rather than reduction. Hip dips can be softened with filler while other areas are slimmed, after a separate consultation.
How much does body contouring cost?
It depends on the method, the number of areas and sessions. Message our coordinators on WhatsApp at +82 10 6463 5532 for a quote.
